AccessiblePlus.ai is designed with a privacy-first, minimal-data approach, with user control over how sessions are handled.
AccessiblePlus.ai operates in two modes:
Standard Mode
- Sessions may be temporarily stored to support continuity and coaching flow.
- Full conversation transcripts are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless the user chooses to save them.
- Short summaries and limited memory notes may be retained to support future sessions and personalization.
- Users can view and delete saved sessions or memory notes at any time.
Private Mode
- Sessions are fully ephemeral.
- No transcripts, summaries, or memory notes are stored.
- Each session begins and ends with a clean slate.
AccessiblePlus.ai does not store voice recordings and does not create detailed behavioral or advertising profiles.
Only limited account information required for access, personalization, and platform functionality may be retained.
Voice services are provided through ElevenLabs, and AI responses are generated using Anthropic. These providers maintain their own privacy, security, and data-handling practices.
AccessiblePlus.ai does not sell user data and does not share user information for advertising purposes.
Reasonable security measures are used to help protect platform access and stored information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users maintain control over their information, including the ability to:
- Delete saved sessions
- Remove memory notes
- Request account deletion
- Use Private Mode for fully non-persistent sessions
AccessiblePlus.ai is designed for coaching, learning, capability development, reflection, and general informational support. Users are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
