1. Privacy-First Design
AccessiblePlus.ai is designed around a privacy-first model. We collect only what is necessary to provide coaching continuity, and we give you clear controls over what is retained.
All coaching sessions operate in one of two modes — Standard or Private — each with different retention behavior explained below.
2. Account Information
AccessiblePlus.ai uses Clerk for authentication. When you create an account, the following is collected and stored:
- Email address — used only for account access and recovery
- Name or preferred name — used to personalize coaching responses
- Account identifiers — used to link your sessions and preferences
We do not collect payment information, biometrics, or government identifiers. We do not sell or share your account data with third parties for advertising.
3. Standard Chat — Retention Model
In Standard mode, sessions work as follows:
- Full conversation transcripts are stored temporarily and auto-deleted after 24 hours by default
- If you choose to save a session, the transcript is retained until you delete it
- A short AI-generated session summary may be stored to provide continuity across future sessions
- Short coaching memory notes may be extracted to help your coaches remember relevant context
Summaries and memory notes are concise — they capture themes and context, not a verbatim record of your conversation. You can view and delete them at any time from your Profile.
4. Private Chat — No Retention
Private chat sessions are fully ephemeral:
- Fully ephemeral — sessions clear completely when they end
- Summaries and key insights are skipped entirely
- Each session starts and ends with a clean slate
You can enable Private mode from the chat input before starting a session. Private sessions do not appear in your history.
5. Voice Infrastructure
Voice services are provided by ElevenLabs, which maintains its own privacy and security practices.
- AccessiblePlus.ai does not receive or store voice recordings
- Voice transcripts are not passed to or stored by AccessiblePlus.ai
- We do not pass identifiable user data to ElevenLabs

6. AI Processing
Coaching responses are generated using the Anthropic Claude API. Message content sent during a session is transmitted to Anthropic for processing.
- Anthropic processes messages to generate responses — they are not used to train public models by default
- AccessiblePlus.ai does not share account identifiers with Anthropic

7. Your Controls
You have direct control over your data:
- Delete individual memory notes from your Profile at any time
- Use Private mode to ensure a session leaves no trace
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
- Request account deletion at any time — all associated data will be removed
8. Children's Privacy
AccessiblePlus.ai is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
